Palmar set out to establish a distinct presence within the contemporary swimwear space — a category defined by strong visual competition and lifestyle-driven branding. The challenge was to create a brand identity that feels both effortless and elevated — capturing a sense of modern resort living without relying on clichés. The opportunity lay in defining a clear visual direction that could guide the brand consistently across all touchpoints.
What we did
In collaboration with the wider design team, we developed the visual foundation of the brand — focusing on colour, typography, and identity direction. A restrained yet warm colour palette establishes the brand’s tone, while typography introduces a balance between refinement and ease. Logo explorations provided a range of directions — allowing the brand to define its positioning with clarity. The outcome is a flexible identity system, documented through brand guidelines, enabling consistency and scalability.
